Replacement Policy.
Thanks for purchasing our products at www.atthehandsofhim.com operated by AT THE HANDS OF HIM, LLC.
We take pride in ensuring that the products you receive from us arrive without defects or damage ready for you to enjoy. In the event that your product arrives damaged, please let us know.
While we do not offer a refund policy, our damaged goods policy will allow you 7 days to request an exchange at our cost with a valid receipt. You are eligible for a full replacement within 7 calendar days of your purchase. After the 7-day period, we cannot offer you a replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement, all we need is a picture of the damaged products, with the original, unmarked packaging including any labels and documentation that shipped with the product. In other words, keep the packaging. Simply send us an email with all attachments to info@atthehandsofhim.com with “Damaged Product” in the subject line.

Replacement
Once we received the images of your damaged items we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also inform you if your replacement has been approved or refused.
If your request is approved, your replacement will be processed and shipped within 7 calendar days at no cost to you.
In the following cases, replacement items are not granted (if applicable):
Products with obvious signs of use;
Any item that is not accompanied by the packing labels and documentation as stated above; and
Any article requested more than 7 days after receipt.
Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement product to arrive may vary. Any product over $50 US dollars will accompany a tracking number to guarantee that you will receive your product.
